Activity 9: Graphs
This is the activity that the maths departments designed for the project.
During the short-term exchange with pupils in Sweden last April 2017, there was a workshop in which the pupils learnt about graphs and statistics. They had to work in groups collecting real data at the crane information centre. For example they asked visitors which country they came from. At the centre they recorded the number of visitors from 2009 onwards. Then at school the maths teachers, Spanish and Swedish, showed them how to make a graph and draw conclusions.
During this school year pupils have continued working with this topic in maths, and they have used data of the cranes coming to each country to create different graphs and statistics. Here you have some pictures of part of their work.

Activity 3: Augmented Reality
This is a summary of what the pupils have learnt about Augmented Reality throughout the year.
1º) During the short-term exchange with pupils in Spain last November 2017, there was the first workshop about Augmented Reality. The pupils learnt about this interactive experience with examples, videos and they were asked to download the app Aurasma and they learnt how it worked.
The purpose was to show them the possibilities of Augmented Reality and to disscuss how we could enrich some of the activities of the project with this technique.
2º) Then in December, we all learnt how the app Aurasma became HP Reveal and the teachers in both countries again showed the pupils how the new app worked (although there weren't any significant changes). And we decided that the best activity that could include an example of Augmented Reality was the leaflet.
3º) We have opened a public channel in HP Reveal app with the name "schoolsandcranes" and if you download the application and follow our channel you can see or AR content. Just point to the leaflet and the picture and scan it to enjoy the AR experience!

Activity 10: Europe's Day
...and to celebrate Europe's Day the pupils have done these mobiles with all the European Union flags. They look great! The picture on the left is from the school in Sweden and the one on the right is from the school in Spain.
