Activity 9: Graphs
This is the activity that the maths departments designed for the project.
During the short-term exchange with pupils in Sweden last April 2017, there was a workshop in which the pupils learnt about graphs and statistics. They had to work in groups collecting real data at the crane information centre. For example they asked visitors which country they came from. At the centre they recorded the number of visitors from 2009 onwards. Then at school the maths teachers, Spanish and Swedish, showed them how to make a graph and draw conclusions.
During this school year pupils have continued working with this topic in maths, and they have used data of the cranes coming to each country to create different graphs and statistics. Here you have some pictures of part of their work.

Activity 3: Augmented Reality
This is a summary of what the pupils have learnt about Augmented Reality throughout the year.
1º) During the short-term exchange with pupils in Spain last November 2017, there was the first workshop about Augmented Reality. The pupils learnt about this interactive experience with examples, videos and they were asked to download the app Aurasma and they learnt how it worked.
The purpose was to show them the possibilities of Augmented Reality and to disscuss how we could enrich some of the activities of the project with this technique.
2º) Then in December, we all learnt how the app Aurasma became HP Reveal and the teachers in both countries again showed the pupils how the new app worked (although there weren't any significant changes). And we decided that the best activity that could include an example of Augmented Reality was the leaflet.
3º) We have opened a public channel in HP Reveal app with the name "schoolsandcranes" and if you download the application and follow our channel you can see or AR content. Just point to the leaflet and the picture and scan it to enjoy the AR experience!

Transnational Meeting. Wednesday 11th April.
Today we had the last working session in the Town Hall. We worked together in the Twinspace created for the project and talked about possible ways to go on with the project after this year. Our pupils will continue further studies but we could repeat some of the activities with new students and we should plan a video conference with etwinning before the year ends. Then
we enjoyed a walk under the sun in the Old Town of Falköping which is very colourful.
In the afternoon some nice students of the 8th and 9th grade showed us around Gudhemsskolan. Later, the principal gave us the certificate for this transnational meeting. You can also see a picture with the students that came to Spain last November.

And
to say goodbye, the teachers took us to a very special place that
combines good food and art: Löfwing Café and Restaurant. His owner,
Göran Löfwing, is a passionate Swedish painter, who showed us his last
exhibition, called Sensations. It's stunning the way he reflects on his
works. And also, the local rural developer, Niclas Fälström, shared with
us a presentation of his amazing photos of people and nature, together
with his high quality eco products.
It was a pleasure to share the last hours in Falköping with such a group of people. We had great fun!!

Transnational Meeting in Sweden. Tuesday 10th April.
Hi! Today we started the morning with a work session about the final report, we agreed on what to write and had a look again at the Erasmus+ mobility tool, after almost two years we think we got the hang of it. Good that we got a great deal of the work done.😊
Later we had an appoinment at Ållebergs Gymnasium, the high school that many Gudhemsskolan pupils choose to continue further studies. There we met the teacher Veronica, who took part in the first transnational meeting in Spain and changed school. It was great to see her and see the school, which was very nice.
After lunch went back to Trandamsen after a year to see the cranes again! There are lots of them, one of the photos has the number and they said they had reached the peak yesterday. It amazing to see the cranes so close and they are not scared. It's crane festival this week and there are many visitors around. The sun was out so we took good pictures but it was windy!
