Activity 2: Dichotomous Key

This is the activity of the Dichotomous Key of the common crane. The biology teachers explained last October what a dichotomous key was and the purpose. This was done in both schools and then the students had a workshop in Spain, last November, where they had to understand and follow the key to identify several birds, among them the common crane. This is a picture of the dichotomous key they used and the work done with the teachers. You all did a great job with this activity!

Don't forget to send pictures for the photo contest. The cranes are about to leave Extremadura and head towards the north, get your cameras ready in Sweden too!
