Swedish students’ comments

During the Erasmus+ meeting in Spain, all the pupils had to complete a journal of the experience and these are some of the comments made by Swedish pupils:

At the airport I couldn’t believe that me and my classmates were going to Spain in a week, it just felt unbelievable.

We and three of the spanish students with their teachers left the guided tour for a while to be in the Extremadura radio. I’m glad that I did it because it was fun to be in a spanish radio studio and it was cool that I understood most of the interview even though it was in spanish.

It was a very fun trip and I’m really happy that I joined. I think that it was very fun to live at someone's home because it gave me a better view of how the everyday life is and I got a better connection to the family. My favourite part was to talk to all of the spanish people, in the end of the week I could speak to them in spanish (only a little). 

When the party was about to end some started to cry and I was one of them it was mostly the spanish students. 

It was fantastic. The food was good, some was really good and some less good. The family was like my own so i really felt like home. I could have stayed another week really i’m not joking. I hope a get to meet them again some day in the future. 
Then some spanish student show us their school and it was a very beautiful school I think with many classroom.

This project have been very fun and I'm glad that I'm went to Spain with my class because it's a one in a lifetime moment. We have got the chance to see how the Spanish culture are in one week there we lived at host families. We have also learn about some historical persons and moments in Spanish history. But I think that the funniest thing with this project have been to get to know other person from another country and that we have become friends. 

We listened to music and talked in over an hour. It was very nice! 

We talked both in English and Spanish to each other.

We went to the radio station. Before we recorded, we prepared the answers, during the record I  talked a lot of Spanish and said some things in English, wrong but it was fun. 

At half past 7 we went to a farewell party at our  host fathers bar. And at 8 we got pizzas there. Everyone danced and sang the whole evening. Around midnight the party was over and we were going home, our family had to wait until everyone was gone because we were going to lock the bar. Many of the Spanish student cried and our little sister cried as well.

We had a great time together and it feels like we have getting more close to the Spanish pupils. 

We had really fun and talked about everything.

After dinner we stayed and talked with the family. We had a great time. 
At 7.30pm we went to the farewell party, we ate Pizza and then we dance it was very fun. We had a great time, it's going to be a good evening to remember everything we've done. It was too sad for everyone, because they did not want us to go and we would not.

It felt like you did not want to leave your family with whom you lived, and you did not want to go home because you have had the time to get to know new friends. As we entered the bus, it felt like we would never meet them again. It was sad.

I think that this project has been very fun.
